The Hagar Institute reserves the right to cancel a Live Class or Seminar at any time prior to the event. Each class requires a minimum number of registrations and if we are not able to secure that number, the class will be either cancelled or rescheduled. If the Hagar Institute cancels a Live Class or Seminar, the student or attendee will be offered a full refund or registration in the same class on a different day or location.

Student initiated cancellations (Live Classes and Seminars Only) will be refunded according to the following schedule:

Greater than 15 full calendar days prior – 90% refund

15 – 11 calendar days prior to the scheduled event – 75% refund

10 – 5 calendar days prior to the scheduled event – 50% refund

Less than 5 full calendar days prior – NO REFUND

Students may Transfer their registration in lieu of cancellation:

You may send alternate in your place (must provide the name of the alternate attendee and their contact information)

You may attend the same course or seminar at a another location or date offered by THI (must provide the requested alternate date or location)

Transfers REQUIRE at least 24 hours advance notification and confirmation by THI

Missed Events

There are no refunds if you miss an event. At the discretion of the Hagar Institute, you may be able to apply the cost of your registration fee toward a future event should an event be offered in the future. However, there is no guarantee that the same or any other event will be offered in the future.

Online Web Based Training

There are no refunds for any classes or offerings that are web based.
