Richard Hagar
Richard Hagar is an educator, speaker, consultant, author, and president of the Hagar Institute. He is a life-long student and has an developed an extensive background in all aspects of real estate. His experience includes land development, real estate investing, appraising, sales and agency management, training, and consulting. Richard is a licensed real estate agent, certified real estate appraiser, and a certified real estate instructor.
He also provides litigation support to attorneys (real estate appraisals), profiles real estate and mortgage fraud cases for law enforcement and helps other professionals understand the intricacies of the real estate industry. Graham Albertini
With an appraisal career spanning over 24 years, Mr. Albertini has been an appraiser, trainer, manager, and reviewer. He held several management positions at Home Savings of America and was a senior reviewer at Washington Mutual Bank. Currently he is an independent appraiser and consultant specializing in litigation support. His area of expertise is focused on complex and high end residential properties in King and Snohomish counties. Graham is also an Appraisal Foundation certified USPAP instructor and an SRA designated member of the Appraisal Institute. He received his B.A. from the University of Washington in Speech Communication. He has also been an appraisal instructor at North Seattle Community College since 2001.
Ken Perry
Ken brings over 20 years of real estate industry experience and serves as a faculty member for the Hagar Institute specializing in agency management and transaction law. He is also a Senior Associate with the Kiely Group and a Senior Faculty Member of the Capital Institute.
As a recognized authority, he is a popular speaker and has presented key instructional material in both university and non-traditional higher education forums. His focus areas include the assessment of training and development programs for State requirements, and the evaluation of learning techniques necessary to target post-secondary and adult education. Ken serves on the Board of Regents for the Hagar Institute and on the Board of Advisors for American Home Appraisals.
Jim Moran
With over 24 years of broad based expertise in Real Estate Mortgage Training, Sales, Marketing and Networking, Jim Moran brings a weath of practical industry experience to the Hagar Institute. The successful development of interpersonal relationships kept him at or near the top of a well-known national mortgage loan originator. Interpreting the needs of the customer to provide effective financial solutions, that are both effective and appropriate, has been the hallmark of his success. He has successfully negotiated hundreds of Real Estate transactions in a variety of market conditions from foreclosures, relocation, lender portfolio retention, as well as investment properties.
